Republican State Representative Dean Davis was arrested for public intoxication. The legislator was heard asking the arresting officer, "Are you really doing this?" The officer responded, "No sir, you're doing this." He is currently serving in Oklahoma's current legislative session. "Well, I got a new law to make," Davis said after questioning the arresting officer from the back seat of a squad car.
