They describe how they overcome the identity crisis and lack of structure that faces an athlete when they retire from elite sport.
George Moore (Chairman) also discusses how companies are starting to see elite athletes in a very different light. The skills and talents they have are very transferable as outlined at the Leadership & Management event held in Cardiff, where this video was shot and at which 11 time Paralympian and ACT client Dai Roberts spoke.
