Описание: Pappardelle is one of the less common pastas, but it's also one of my favorites. It's a style of long pasta, like spaghetti or fettucini, but much broader and more substantial. That shape makes Pappardelle one of the perfect pasta pairs for big, rich sauces that need a "heavy" noddle to to stand up to it.

In this recipe, the pasta sauce is made with Morel Mushrooms - perhaps my all time favorite. Morel's a are wild mushrooms, and not all that easy to find, so if you do see them, make sure to buy them. If you can't find fresh morels, dry are easier to get, or you can make the pasta sauce in the same style, just use different mushrooms.

For this morel pasta sauce, we'll saute the mushrooms in butter to concentrate their flavor and then use some stock to create a dark, robust sauce for the pappardelle. It's a simple, elegant, and delish pasta recipe..
