Threatening to kill someone must be legal according to Amherst, NY Judge Ann M. Nichol's non-action.

Описание: Judges are legally obligated to not ignore crimes in courts so when Amherst Judge Ann M. Nichols ignored the threat to my life that she heard in the evidence, i guess it wasn't a crime or she would not have been able to ignore it.

She also ignored lies from the witnesses so i guess lying under oath is not a crime to her either.

Amherst is a very interesting town when you have been a target of theirs for 2 years. The police make up their own laws as they go along. I see on youtube that they do that a lot all over but in this town they get away with it.

According to the Amherst, NY Police it is illegal to wait for the cops outside after you called to report your life was threatened. It is also illegal to try to video the license plate of the person that threatened to kill you but i guess it is legal to threaten to kill someone because the cops didn't do anything but instruct a lying witness to change her statement as to what happened. Of course the Amherst, NY Injustice system didn't even call the, pathological liar with a long history of fake welfare requests, to the stand. They didn't even have the cops testify so my lawyer could bring up the provable lies told to them.

If your life gets threatened in Amherst, NY Do Not Call The Cops. It must not be illegal. Maybe videoing someone makes it legal in Amherst so you better not video anyone either. Do not verbally confront anyone that keeps giving you the finger either to antagonize you. Giving the finger to someone is freedom of speech but verbally confronting them about it isn't in Amherst.

I may start a fund to get glasses for the judge and i find it very weird that video proof of lies by the witnesses was not even played in court. The judge knew what her verdict was going to be all along and the threat on my life and proven lies by the witnesses didn't make any difference so why waste time watching the videos and listening to the threat on my life. Even the prosecutor got in on the fun lying. The judge and prosecutor must think they can get away with whatever they want.

The FBI needs to look into what is going on in this town when the corruption is so obvious. The night my life was threatened the cops had to read their story that they came up with from a piece of paper so they could get their story straight.

Can you imagine if someone told the judge they would F'ing kill her if she found them guilty. I guess i am a second class citizen in Amherst and my life doesn't matter to her.

I guess the prosecutor comes from a good family of lawyers. I hope they are more honest then she is but then oh never mind the saying you probably heard before.
