High Protein Chicken Wrap – Kukii’s Recipe
Step 1: Chicken Marination
Take 2 chicken breast pieces and cut them into thin slices.
Add 1 pack double cream (330 ml).
Add 1 tbsp tomato paste and garlic paste.
Add 2 tbsps BBQ sauce, 1 tbsp black pepper, 1 tbsp oregano, 1–1½ tsp salt, and 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce.
Squeeze half a lemon, mix everything well, and let it marinate in the fridge for 2–3 hours.

Step 2: Salad
Take a large bowl and add finely chopped onions (2), chopped tomatoes (2–3 small), and chopped cucumber (3–4 small).
Add ¼–½ tsp salt, black pepper, and 1 tbsp vinegar, then mix well.

Step 3: Lemony Yogurt Sauce
Take a bowl and add 4 tbsps full-fat Greek yogurt.
Add 1–2 tbsps BBQ sauce, 2 tbsps mayonnaise, ½ tbsp black pepper, and ½ tbsp red chilli flakes.
Add ½ tbsp garlic powder and a few drops of lemon juice.
Mix well and your sauce is ready.

Step 4: Pan Frying the Chicken
Take a pan and add 2–3 tbsps oil.
Add the marinated chicken and a little water so the chicken doesn’t stick to the pan.
Cook on medium heat for 6–7 minutes, then on high heat for 5–6 minutes until the sauce dries about 90%.

Step 5: Assembling
Take a large tortilla and lay it on a flat surface.
Layer with sauce, chicken, salad, and mozzarella cheese.
Cook the tortilla on a pan on low heat for 2–3 minutes until crispy (add a few drops of oil).
