FAQ (Please read before making some dumb comments)
1. Do you really lose weight using the treadmill?
I casually lost 15kg in total just by playing VR with the treadmill :
5kg on 2021 (from 95kg to 90kg, although ended up gaining it back to 102kg due to some health problems and made me stop using the treadmill for awhile).
Then I lost another 10kg between 2022-2023 (from 101kg to 91kg) and still counting, since I now daily use the treadmill. See   / 1655646246504128528   for reference.

2. Why are you tiptoeing?
I'm not. In real life, the faster you run, the less time you need to touch ground on each steps. Now in this treadmill / slidemill situation, the terrain is slippery, and you're basically "weightless" since your body weight is centered on the harness / backplate.
I'm still sliding but not doing the full stride cause that would break the overall immersion as I am matching my IRL steps with the steps sound in game as precise as possible, which might ended up looking like I'm tiptoeing. Plus, each person has different running/walking stances.

3. Why do you still use the thumbstick to move?
The treadmill, specifically KAT Walk C Version 1 only effectively functions to substitute forward locomotion. It has strafing and backward mechanics, but has delay so its not usable in competitive games, so I turned off those mechanics cause it has occasionally wrong input detections.

This first version has so many flaws, but I always use it when running and walking forward in game, but I still need thumbstick to move sideways and backwards to be able to compete with most of the other players that still use thumbstick.
