Matching checks on your dressmaking projects can seem like a daunting task, but armed with my top tips and a bit of patience and time it can be a hugely satisfying and rewarding part of making your own clothes!
In this video I'll work through an example of how to match checks on one of my favourite all time shirt patterns, but no matter what project you are working on these tips and guidance will tell you all you need to know to get those checks to match! You can also apply a lot of these principles to matching something like a large print.
