Описание: Air raid sirens were echoing over Israel Sunday night, warning of incoming missile fire from Iran. They’re the first direct strikes since the ceasefire began in early April and risk tipping the region into a full-blown war. It’s been 100 days since the U.S. and Israel launched their assault on Iran. President Trump has been insisting for weeks that they’re close to negotiating an end to the conflict, but this weekend the Israeli military targeted a suburb of Beirut, violating a U.S.-brokered ceasefire in Lebanon. And Tehran responded. Candice Cole reports.

A Montreal father has spoken publicly for the first time, a week after his three-year-old daughter was killed in a tragic accident involving a bouncy castle. It happened last Sunday at a neighbourhood park where strong winds sent an inflatable castle and a tent into the air. Witnesses told Global News the castle spun around before slamming into the ground. Wind warnings were in effect at the time and it’s unclear if the castle was anchored to the ground. Eleven people were also injured. Felicia Parrillo has more.

Canadians with documented injuries from the COVID-19 vaccine are demanding compensation. Three thousand Canadians say they've been permanently injured as a result of those vaccines and they’ll have their chance to share their stories in Ottawa later this year. As Melissa Ridgen reports, they’re hoping to spur the Public Health Agency of Canada (PHAC) to improve the Vaccine Impact Assistance Program.
