Hey Guys,
Another of my new keepers a rather splendid John Blyde Razor with sublime grind, great steel & scales that really make the razor seem well very gentlemanly. It's part of a 2 piece companion set that I got many moons ago and re-found it so to speak, the other razor had a nasty little nick in it so that's still coming through the stones.
Both razors restored lovely and it was a pure joy to shave with this one, been waiting and getting excited for weeks.
Full Shapton pro progression, Mejiro slurry to no slurry on my Lv 5 Jnat, some V laps on my loaded small paddle strops, linen & then the super fast horse hide strop. Popping hairs all the way along and gave me a super smooth shave.
