I'm posting this as a stand-alone video because I've heard others have had the issue and I want it easy for people to find.

Out of the box, my Axial SCX6 wasn't driving right. It had not power and the transmission appeared to be slipping. At first I thought it might be the two speed transmission creating a problem, but then it became obvious it was the slipper clutch being too loose. It's an easy fix. Here's how to do it.

Once fixed, this thing runs so well!
