mPlaza Saigon building (formerly known as Kumho Asiana Plaza) is a multi-functional office building comprising 3 basement levels and 21 above-ground floors. The building integrates Grade A office space, a shopping mall, a 5-star JW Marriott Saigon hotel, and luxury serviced apartments.

The mPlaza Saigon office building is located at 39 Le Duan Street, Saigon Ward, District 1, Ho Chi Minh City. It is a professional and high-class Class A office building in District 1. mPlaza Saigon boasts a prime location at the intersection of Le Duan and Hai Ba Trung streets, in the city's administrative and diplomatic center. This area is home to numerous consulates general of countries such as the USA, Germany, France, and China, creating a significant advantage for international businesses and domestic companies involved in import and export activities.
The area also houses many major bank headquarters such as Techcombank, OCB, Shinhan Bank, HD Bank, ACB, Vietcombank, VietinBank, as well as many other high-rise buildings: Deutsches Haus, Saigon Centre, Centec Tower…

This office lifts use Otis GL1 for parking lifts and Otis Di4/DS-4 for main elevators with fixtures are Round buttons, but this place have low and high pitched chime in office zone, this office zone are using MR Traction, it was installed in 2008 with retail, apartment and hotel lifts.
This tower have total 36 floors, is B3-B1, G, 1-2, M, 3-31.

Located in an office building. These elevators are rather not even busy for the amount of guests unfortunately.

How can I get busted guys? First, I record and riding this lift to 13F (4:20), and the security guard enters the lift, for 78 second for waiting the opportunity/moments to ask me, in 5:40, the security guard asked, busted and forced me to get out this lift when I was arrived in 1F, from 4:20 to end video, I’m very scared about the security guard too, I don’t want to recording and take camera to indicator because the security guard is here too. If you want to record the office lift in mPlaza Saigon, you have to avoid the security guard to avoiding get busted like me too and you have to go to 1F by stairs to record high zone because the security gate in GF requires the key-carded, to record low zone, you have to go to 1F by stairs and from 1F to 2F by emergency stairs to record low zone with the same reason too. In the next retake or next tine to going to mPlaza Saigon, I will don’t record or just record Going Up and Going Down taking only to avoiding get busted like today (February 10th, 2026)
