It is a comprehensive, multi-disciplinary program focusing on building skills & maximizing independence in daily activities at home, work or in the community. Participants benefit from an integrated program of physical, occupational & recreation therapies, as well as neuropsychology services during the day and return to the comfort of their own homes at night.

Designed for individuals who no longer require acute inpatient rehabilitation & nursing care, the SSM Health Amputee Rehabilitation Program prepares patients for life ahead. Treatment focuses on:
