Cruise Ship Spa Jobs 2026 — Every Position We Recruit For and Who Can Apply

Описание: A short overview of the spa and wellness positions currently recruiting for cruise ships, what each one requires, and how the process works.

I am Stefan, a recruiter for spa positions across more than 200 cruise ships, working with OneSpaWorld — the company operating the spas on lines including Norwegian Cruise Line, Royal Caribbean, Princess Cruises, Disney Cruise Line and Virgin Voyages. I handle Europe, the Balkans and Turkey. Before this I spent six contracts at sea myself, starting as a Personal Trainer and finishing as Spa Manager.

Positions currently recruiting

Massage therapist and physical therapist. Beauty therapist and cosmetologist. Hairdresser. Nail technician. Medical doctor and nurse. Personal trainer and fitness instructor.

What is required across all positions

A valid diploma or certificate in your field, previous experience, and conversational English. Requirements vary by position, cruise line and nationality — confirm what applies to your own situation before making plans.

How it works

Application and CV first, then assessment and selection, then training and certification through London Wellness Academy, then assignment to a ship. Selection comes before training, not after.

Why people do it

Internationally recognised experience, a professional working environment, and travel that most jobs do not offer. Pay is partly performance-based, so what you earn depends on your position, the ship and how you work.
