4. They can help you gain Self Control(Grounding)(Sole of Feet Meditation)
It is important to to take care of your feet, Why?
Cause your feet are the foundation of your body(If dont take care of your foundation, then the rest of your body will fall)
You should always checks the sole of feet, Why?
Because the Soles of your feet can give you Early Signs of Health Issues.
