Описание: In episode 19, co-founder of Project Ploughshares and an Officer of the Order of Canada Ernie Regehr discusses his career as a peace advocate in civil society, from his early days as an outsider in the policy-making process to the current climate of mutual respect with government decision-makers. "The change came after the Cold War," explains Regehr, "and there was a sense that government nor civil society really knew how to do peacebuilding all that well. There was an understanding of the mutual conundrums we were facing."
