🎙️ The speakers:

Felix Bärmann is a Manager and Strategy Lead at Nordic Sustainability. He has supported numerous multinational corporations across Germany and Denmark in developing impactful sustainability strategies. Prior to his current role, he held sustainability positions at Vestas Wind Systems, Volkswagen Group, and Flying Tiger Copenhagen. He holds BA and MSc degrees in philosophy, economics, and business administration from the University of Bayreuth and Copenhagen Business School.

Julia Goertz is a Senior Consultant and ESRS Specialist at Nordic Sustainability, with extensive experience leading double materiality assessments based on the ESRS for companies across various industries in the Nordics, as well as supporting European companies in the CSRD journey. Julia has previous work experience in sustainability analysis with regards to supply chain systems and holds an academic background in social anthropology and sustainable development.
