Double digging and tenching

Описание: This is how I've prepared my winter onion bed. It's a method called double digging. You dig a trench a spade's depth then fork and dig deep into the next level. I do it to unlock the yellow clay to create loam.
I use other methods as well depending on what veg I'm preparing the beds for.
