The recipe for this is pretty simple:
2 lbs ground beef (85/15 or 90/10)
1 cup ricotta cheese
4 large eggs
2 ounces of pork rinds
Mozzarella as desired (optional)
Season to your taste
Cook at 350 degrees for 60-65 minutes. It will be quite liquidy right out of the oven, but it will stiffen after it sits for a while.
