Prawns Fried Rice Preparation:

Basmati Rice Making:
👇
Basmati Rice – 1 Glass (250gms)
Water Measurement – 1:2 (Half inch less in one glass)
Oil – 1 tsp
Salt – ¼ tsp
Close lid & Stove off before 3rd Whistle starts

Cleaned Tiger Prawns – 250gms
(250gms Prawns:250gms Rice (1:1 Ratio))
Devein and Clean Prawns

Process:
👇
Oil – 4 tbsp
Check the Medium heat
Drop them into oil
Fry for 2-3 Mins on Medium Flame
Salt – ¼ tsp
Red Chilli Powder – ¼ tsp
Fry for 4-5 Mins on Medium Flame
Take aside in a plate
Oil – 1 tbsp (In the remaining oil)
Beaten Eggs – 2
Garlic paste – half tsp
Chopped Ginger – 1 tsp
Chopped Carrot – 2 tbsp
Green peas – 1 tbsp
Corn – 1 tbsp
Chopped Capsicum – 1 tbsp
Fry for 1 Min on High Flame
Chopped Beans – 1 tbsp
Fry for 2-3 Mins on Medium Flame
Cooked Basmati Rice
Fry for 2 Mins on High Flame
Put on Low Flame
Pink Salt
Coriander powder – ¼ tsp
Chat masala – ¼ tsp
Dark Soya Sauce – 1 tsp
Green Chilli Sauce – 1 tsp
Red Chilli Sauce – 1 tsp
Tomato Ketchup – 1 tsp
Fry for 2-3 Mins on Medium Flame
White pepper powder – half tsp
Chopped Green Chillies 2-3
Fry for 2-3 Mins on Medium Flame
Fried Prawns
Fry for 1-2 Mins on High Flame
Chopped Spring Onions
Fry for 1-2 Mins on Low Flame
Stove Off & Enjoy the “PRAWNS FRIED RICE”.
