All of Waluigi's voice clips from Mario Tennis 64, provided by Charles Martinet. As this game was Waluigi's first appearance overall, it was also the first game where Charles voiced him, and his initial take on the character's voice is much, much different compared to how it would later become. Waluigi's voice here sounds almost like a higher-pitched version of Wario's voice (which I uploaded quite a while ago), and he notably speaks several full sentences in both the intro and his trophy animation (a rarity for most Mario spinoffs). Overall, Waluigi's voice in this game sounds decidedly less comedic than it is now, and shows just how far Charles has come in performing the character.
