Описание: The Delhi Police has taken cognisance of online reports claiming that a pre-print copy of former Army Chief General MM Naravane’s unpublished book The Four Stars of Destiny is in circulation. According to the police, information surfaced on social media platforms and news forums suggesting that the book has been shared publicly despite not receiving the mandatory clearances from the competent authorities. During verification, investigators found that a PDF copy of the typeset manuscript, reportedly prepared by Penguin Random House India Private Limited, is available on certain websites. Additionally, some online marketing platforms were found displaying the book’s finished cover and listing it as available for purchase. In view of the suspected leak and possible breach of publication norms, the Delhi Police has registered a case through its Special Cell and initiated a detailed investigation into the matter.
