Описание: Reverse Knee Circles should be performed as part of the dynamic warmup before daily workouts. While stepping forward, bring your opposite hip into hip flexion and then circle into abduction and external rotation- leading with your knee to create a reverse hip circle. Repeat alternating legs while walking forward 10 yards.
