Making a real estate purchase is a huge financial decision. Picking the right builder is very important. We went with Ryan Homes and a year later these are my thoughts. There are a lot of ups and downs when building new construction so you have to be vigilant. Buying a home for me is an investment and it is important not to overspend.

Investing in new construction real estate can be profitable if done correctly. Be sure to stay until the end of the video to learn all of the financial hacks that I learned that can save you and make a decent amount of money.

As we walk through the home you will find that we did several do it yourself projects to improve the home and save money. Rather than just pay the builder for all of the upgrades.
