🫐Blueberry Bread
3/4 cup grapeseed oil or coconut oil
3/4 cups sugar
3 tbsp ground flax + 6 tbsp water (mix and set aside to congeal)
3 tbsp apple cider vinegar
3 cups flour
1 tsp baking soda
Cinnamon
2 cups of blueberries - or measure with your heart
Bake 375 for 35 mins until toothpick inserted comes out clean
