Описание: Coaching is typically outcome- or goal- driven. This is appropriate for behavioural- or learning-related requests. But where the client is working with issues to do with his or her overall growth or development, this goal orientation is less appropriate. Coaching then needs to be more process driven, allowing what is of central importance to the client to emerge naturally from an innocent unfolding of the process of coaching itself. In Deep Transformational Coaching we have the possibility of adjusting our approach to the client's underlying request, whether it is for change or learning or for some deeper growth and unfolding.
