Описание: A one-day peaceful protest/demonstration was held at Income Tax Golambar, Patna, against the bulldozer action on the homes of the Paswan community in Shivnandan Nagar, Rahui block, Nalanda, and against the increasing atrocities against Dalits, Mahadalits, and extremely backward communities in Bihar.

The administration's sudden and inhumane action against the homes of poor and deprived families of the Paswan community in Shivnandan Nagar, Rahui block, Nalanda district, has created deep anger and a sense of insecurity among Dalits, Mahadalits, and extremely backward communities across the state. This action is not only a blatant violation of constitutional rights but also a direct attack on social justice and human dignity.

Reports from various parts of the state indicate that injustice, violence, oppression, and administrative repression against Dalits, Mahadalits, and extremely backward communities are rapidly increasing. The government's insensitivity and discriminatory attitude have harmed social harmony. This method of suppressing and intimidating the voices of the vulnerable is shameful for any democratic society.

Against these inhumane incidents and demanding the protection of the constitutional rights of marginalized communities, we are organizing a one-day peaceful protest/dharna at Income Tax Golambar, Patna. This movement is our collective voice against injustice and oppression.

Our main demands:

1. A high-level judicial inquiry into the bulldozer action against the homes of the Paswan community in Shivanandan Nagar, Rahui Nalanda.

2. Strict action against the guilty officials and those responsible.

3. Immediate compensation, rehabilitation, and security arrangements for the affected families.

4. Establishment of a state-level monitoring mechanism for atrocities against Dalit, Mahadalit, and Extremely Backward Class communities throughout Bihar.

5. Immediate stop to any kind of repressive action by the administration and ensuring equal and just treatment of all communities.

We want to make it clear that this protest will be completely non-violent, constitutional, and peaceful. Our fight is not against any individual or organization, but against injustice, discrimination, and the violation of constitutional values.

We appeal to all justice-loving citizens, social organizations, student-youth comrades, and human rights groups to ensure their participation in this struggle and strengthen the voices of marginalized communities.

We will not remain silent against injustice. We will continue our fight for the Constitution and equality.
