This 17 min high tension pilates abs session starts with lateral breathing to activate your deepest core muscles. Day 8 of the CherriCore Edit focuses on that flat stomach connection and snatched waist results.
Welcome to Week 2. Today is the High Tension Edit. If Week 1 was the foundation, Week 2 is the heat. We are starting with lateral breathing - this is the "on switch" for your deep core that allows us to snatch everything in nicely once the intensity kicks in.
Expect more precision, more heat and that targeted "snatched" feeling in your midline. We’re moving from breath work into high-tension moves like the Criss Cross to find your internal corset and reset your postural alignment.
