This is a quick, easy and simple flourless cookie that you will be baking often !
It has a nutty, chewy texture and is not overly sweet . If you prefer more of a sweeter cookie then go ahead and use sweetened coconut flakes. This recipe will only yield 14 cookies but it is easy enough to double it if you want to make more.

Ingredients: Bake 350 Degrees for 20 mins Yields 14 Cookies
1 and 1/4 Cups Finely Ground Slivered Almonds
4 Tablespoons Confectioners Sugar
3 Tablespoons Granulated Sugar
1/2 Teaspoon Baking Powder
1/2 Cup Unsweetened Coconut Flakes
1 Large Egg
1 Egg White
2 Teaspoons Almond Extract
Extra Slivered Almonds and Confectioners Sugar for Rolling
