Core strengthening is KEY for so many aspects of movement: balance, mobility, keeping pain away, etc ☝🏽
If you have difficulty doing standing exercises or like a combination of seated and standing options- here are some options you can do when seated! 😁
The key is staying in control of your torso. Your core works best by stabilizing your torso while your arms and/or legs move. 👀
The goal is to work until you begin to feel a little fatigue. Potentially 10-30 repetitions depending on the movement.
Try all 4 or pick the ones that feel good 🙌🏼
