Hello guys - welcome back to my channel ☺️
It’s been a while! I am now 9 months post gastric sleeve and down 90lbs and I’m also 16 weeks pregnant with a baby boy.
Todays video is a ‘What I Eat In a Day’ realistic, healthy and easy meals. Not every day looks like this (some days are very much powered by chips and pasta) but when I am organised, this is generally the things I eat.
I also had a small slice on Domino’s at a friends house, which isn’t documented.
