I purchased this mirror from the Dollar Tree & I saw some lovely images online of women with Afros , so I decided to use my Silhouette Cameo cutter to cut out a few decals and add one to a mirror then from there enhance it with rhinestones. The decal looks great with just the vinyl on the mirror as well.
For this project I used: 5mm rhinestones, stone pick up tool, 8x10 dollar tree mirror, liquid Fusion glue & oracle vinyl
