margaret (imelda staunton) is getting ready to leave with santa (jim broadbent) to find grand santa and arthur. santa tells her steve (hugh laurie) is holding the fort, she calculates the course accounting for the old sleigh's drift margin, packs a sweater, her father's pills, and sweet tea. as they are about to leave, steve storms in upset that santa has put delivering this present before his own son.
