Following the end of my cutting season journey this year, I thought I'd share what I eat on the weekends and how I deal with accidental weekend binge eating (spoiler alert: happened to me this weekend, skip to 7:07 in the video). It's never fun, and somehow it's always fun in the moment, even though you know what's coming the next day. It's a slow process to improve your relationship with food, and I hope we all continue to treat ourselves with self love on the journey.
