Our Filipino Recipe today: Ginataang Kalabasa at Sitaw with Pork
500g/ Half kilo Kalabasa (Butternut Squash), cut into cube
300g Sitaw (String Beans) cut about 2 inches long
250g Pork belly, cut into bite size
2-3 cups Gata (Coconut Milk) or 1 big tin (400g)
1 medium Onion, thinly sliced
3 cloves Garlic, minced
1 Beef cube
2 Tbsp Patis (Fish Sauce)
Half tsp Salt
Half tsp Ground Pepper
2 Tbsp Cooking Oil
3 pcs Chillies
1 cup Water
