The lecture explores the foundations and doctrine of cognitive warfare within the Central European context. It examines key practices, methods, and narrative strategies employed in this domain, illustrating how localized disinformation narratives are adapted and spread across the same information space. Special attention will be given to anti-Finnish narratives, including the use of character assassination techniques targeting Finland’s political leadership.
