Oil - 3 - 4 Tbsp
Tamarind - 25 gms
Lady’s finger - 500 gms
Dry fish - 150 gms
Mustard seeds - ½ tsp
Cumin seeds - ½ tsp
Fenugreek seeds - ¼ tsp
Asafoetida - ¼ tsp
Fenugreek leaves - few
Garlic cloves - 7 - 8
Green chilies - 4 - 5
Onions - 2
Turmeric powder - ¼ tsp
Salt - 1 ½ tsp
Red chili powder - 2 tsp
