Acting National Police Commissioner Kgomotso Phahlane has again refuted allegations against him. He's told Parliament's Police Portfolio Committee the onslaught dates back to 2009, and range from having sexual relations in the workplace to corruption and theft. Pahlane is currently under investigation by police watchdog IPID for corruption related crimes. Minister of Police minister Nathi Nhleko suggested a broader investigation to include forces trying to undermine the state.
