Israeli forces detained CNN Turk reporter Emrah Cakmak and cameraman Halil Kahraman while they were reporting live from Tel Aviv.
Responding to the incident, Türkiye's Head of Communications Burhanettin Duran said: “We are once again confronted with an attack targeting members of the press by Israel in an attempt to conceal the truth." Efforts are now underway for the release of the journalists.
