Описание: A newly released document sheds light on a proposal to redevelop the Hillsborough College Dale Mabry campus to accommodate a new stadium for the Tampa Bay Rays. The document, a “non-binding memorandum of understanding” (MOU), was obtained by WFLA just hours before the Hillsborough College District Board of Trustees held special meeting to discuss it. The board unanimously voted to approve the memorandum.
