At least a few pseudo- patriotic media folks make sure they change a few things in it. Simple cut and paste from various places and the jumble footage becomes a credible source. Next, a pinch of "anti national" salt sprinkled with fancy hashtags, the news package is ready to boil the viewers blood.Recently, this happened with Jawaharlal University (JNU) students.
