The Best of Masafumi Takada - (1996 to 2023)

Описание: This is a compilation of a lot of music I dearly enjoyed from Masafumi Takada. I was inspired by some videos that did similar compilations and I decided to pick 3 or 2 songs per game from there respective year and decade.

I use main menu themes or the first music that played in the game itself. then later on I add 1 or 2 tracks i enjoyed from the respective games included.

Not every game has a traditional theme tune due to case of these composition using ambient sounds rather then anything melodic due to it focus of sound design. I will generally use different music just in case.

This is the longest video i ever worked on with the final result being 3 hours.

I been working on this one since 2022 and with game soundtracks i have to rip by myself like example Tsuribaka Nisshi, (I have to make some PSF Files) Steel Battalion: Line of Contact. (Due to this game rarity i have to rip the music by myself through some uncommon formats.)

Or some cases of them not having much music like Parking Meijin. (Sadly none of the tracks were useable for me to include)

There some cases where i have to skip game soundtracks due to copyright claim concerns (Example blocking this video in certain countries) I have to sadly avoid the Nintendo Smash Bro remixes due to them being strict.

This was a challenge I have to actually faced when making this compilation and the soundtrack i did have a hard time choosing which due to it amazing compositions would been God Hand.

That soundtrack I feel actually holds up as the best Takada OST.

I have 33 games for each soundtrack and this was a big challenge for me in my opinion, considering I pretty much go back and forth to listen every OST listed here.
