Описание: York Regional Police have launched a new innovative wellness dashboard which seeks to inform members on their respective wellness by providing members (police officers and civilians) a way to track their well-being based on call experiences and their work-life balance.

Jason McIlveen | S/Sgt Organizational Wellness, York Regional Police and Co-Chair York Region / South Simcoe HSJCC

Jason began his career with York Regional Police 28 years ago. In that time, he has spent time in several different units including front line patrol, criminal investigation bureau, community-oriented response unit, road safety bureau, community services, community engagement and well-being, and strategic services. For the last two years, he has been the officer in charge of the organizational wellness unit. Jason is also co-chair of the York Region/South Simcoe HSJCC committee and chairs the Mental Health Community of Practice for Law Enforcement Committee (MCOP). Prior to policing, he worked as a legislative assistant at both Queens Park and in Ottawa. He holds a B.A. and master’s degree in political science. He is an avid runner and hiker in his spare time.
