This is my instructional video (and personal diary) of how to obtain a legal shiny Jirachi from Pokémon Channel (without actually using Pokémon Channel). I heavily recommend looking into other RNG/ACE videos by imablisy and Papa Jefe. They know what they're doing far more than I do.
But for this specific usage of ACE? That I can speak on, as I spent countless hours figuring out how this particular Jirachi can be found shiny and made legal for usage all the way to Scarlet and Violet.
