I did some quick hot dogs using the slot dog tool. I cooked them in the recteq Bullseye and topped them with Mexican shredded sheet, pico de Gallo, chopped green onions, mustard and of course some jalapeños! I seasoned them after they bloomed in the cooker so the seasoning would get deep inside the Weiner. They turned out great!
