Hebrews 10:25 is not about attendance—it’s about spiritual survival.
It was written to believers under persecution, those living inside the Kingdom and fighting to remain faithful.
Hebrews 2:1 warns us to listen carefully to the truth we have heard, or we may drift away.
Drifting doesn’t happen overnight—it happens when fellowship is neglected.
When we forsake the assembly:
Our prayer becomes weak
Our conviction becomes dull
Our passion slowly fades
Creating distance from fellowship eventually creates distance from God.
Church should never feel like a burden. Fellowship is eternal—it’s the one thing you’ll recognize in heaven. Fellowship means exhorting one another: to encourage, strengthen, urge forward, and lovingly warn.
“Two are better than one…” (Ecclesiastes 4:9–10).
When one falls, another lifts them up. Woe to the one who stands alone.
In Exodus 17:12, victory didn’t come from Moses’ strength—it came because Aaron and Hur held his hands up. Sometimes, our faith needs reinforcement. The stronger the battle, the stronger the fellowship must be.
Matthew 24:12 reminds us that when hearts grow cold, people isolate—but isolation weakens.
Our defense and offense is this: gather together, stay together.
Fellowship is not about convenience—it is a command. Every time you gather, you are walking in obedience. It’s not about mood, comfort, or preference. Paul and Silas worshiped in prison, not because it was comfortable, but because it was faithful.
Independence weakens the Body, but connection strengthens it (1 Corinthians 12:21).
You are not sinful for being alone—but you will grow cold if you stay alone.
Fire never stays burning by itself. It needs another flame.
Stay connected. Stay burning. Stay faithful.
