these are just affirmations i typed randomly throughout the day as stuff came to me while i worked. its super simple affs because i didnt really care to be super detailed, i really just wanted to cover all the basics.
you can stop listening at 12:15 if you want cause thats where the original audio ends, i made it this way cause i just wanted something long to loop in my ear since its hard for me to focus on multiple playlists rn. and i like having the affs be a little audible, it’s nice to hear it sometimes. might do a rain vers later, i wanted to do brown noise first cause i can drown it out easier than the rain. layered w 6hz theta waves. only sped 1.1x. hope you guys like it.
