In this video, i show 3 lifts back squat, bench press and deadlift whose total exceeds 1000lbs. Joining club 1000 had been a goal for me for a very long time and i was finally able to achieve it recently.
As a software engineer, we spend lot of time in front of a desk which leads to sedentary sub optimal lifestyle when it comes to fitness. Fitness is one of the activities im passionate about and it is a huge part of my lifestyle.
