Описание: This presents an automated system for ticketing in the Public Bus Transport System (PBTS) which is based on passenger identification. In INDIA still we are making use of cash for travelling purposes which are creating problems such as inappropriate cash exchange, money theft, and unknown passenger details. So we are proposing a system which solves the above mentioned problems and thereby providing a step for digitizing the INDIA. In this system we make use of RFID card for collecting the details of passengers such as card number, source and destination places, and previous expenses. . The details of every passenger will be stored in the database and the data may be useful during accidents or case of missing person if any. The details will be linked with the authorized websites and their respective travel expenses will be messaged to their mobiles. The customers use prepaid cards for the payment of travel charges. It is done in both online and offline stages. In online mode the user will swipe the card and pay for the travel through internet. The offline mode is used when internet connectivity is missing. The conductor will swipe the cards and stores the information of the passengers and when internet connectivity is available it automatically deducts the cash from the passenger’s accounts. This is used for free cash less travel. System thus reduces human errors and efforts.
