If your goal is body recomposition, gaining muscle is non-negotiable. Muscle improves metabolism, shapes your physique, and creates the capable, confident body healthy people strive for. But eating for muscle growth doesn’t mean overeating or “bulking” out of control.... it means eating in a slight calorie surplus, prioritizing nutrient-dense foods that support recovery and lean muscle development.
Right now, in my 2026 training phase, I’m eating a little more and training a little harder to maximize muscle growth before transitioning into a fat-loss phase later this spring. I’ll walk you through exactly how to do the same.
