We got an early start with our very own tour guide - Hannah - and headed straight for the local trails 5 minutes from her house - well, after we had our coffee that is.We followed up our hot lap at Stringers with some hot breakfast skillets and cold mimosas (cuz why not?).

Breakfast was delicious, and Chattanooga was beautiful, so we wanted more! Hannah took us around town and showed us some of her favorite spots. I gotta say, Chattanooga is an absolutely beautiful and bustling town!

As if putting us up and guiding us wasn't enough, Hannah then cooked for us, and man was it delicious!! Brian and I are so lucky to have such gracious hosts - Brian absolutely got a taste of what true southern hospitality is.

The relaxing day was a warm welcome after the previous grueling days of downhill shuttle laps, but we look forward to continuing on to North GA tomorrow!

Hope everyone is having a great Monday night - I'll be up burning the midnight edit oil for sure. We still have 2 more episodes of Redemption17 to go, and they are going to be great!
